Great episode, guys, as always! It got me all teary-eyed.
As for Winchester, he is not my favorite character, but the three scenes you chose to showcase ARE three of his best. As a comic-book fan I remember the stuttering soldier episode well because there is a funny Captain Marvel reference in one scene. His friendliness towards the stuttering soldier is so out-of-character for him that when we finally learn the reason for his tender-heartedness, it brings a tear to my eye every time! He was also very good as the boarish older brother who is aghast at his sister marrying “beneath her” with IIRC an Italian, and then after facing death realizing how stupid he had been.
Anyway, I echo the comments of everyone else, keep up the great work! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
